BOOKING DEPOSITS
Your booking deposit secures all associated services required for the hosts or payee’s function or event.

All terms & conditions as stated, apply once a customer engages with Mobile Pubs via paying a Booking Deposit.

A minimum/security deposit is always required.
Unless quoted or specified otherwise. This can be paid either via direct deposit, or credit card.

When re-booking, due to cancellation, a second partial payment, or remainder of the booking’s total will be requested by the company, to secure a new event date.  If a second cancellation occurs, no further payments will be required to reschedule a new date within the 365 day period.

Booking deposits & total amounts paid are non-refundable.

If a total amount, or amount outside of the booking deposit has been paid, the total amount paid by the customer receives the ability to become a credit only, in the event of a cancellation being made for any reason.  This is due to many reasons; including income damages, staff income, purchases made by Mobile Pubs from the total amount paid by the customer, and more.

Where bookings are cancelled without a reschedule, we do not refund booking deposits or full amounts paid.

 

CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS / PACKAGE CHANGE REQUESTS
No refund of deposit, sub-total or total, whether received by Direct Deposit or Credit Card, will be accepted or processed, if a booking is cancelled with Mobile Pubs.  However, we are able to make a customer’s booking deposit a valid credit against another booking.

This next booking must be made within 365 days from the date the funds were received from the original cancelled booking, in order for the credit to take affect.

Should the customer not wish to book in another date within 365 days from the initial booking deposit received date, the booking deposit paid will not be refunded.

 

COVID-19 REGULATIONS & CANCELLATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH RESTRICTIONS
The same cancellation policy as stated above, applies for any government related decisions that may affect a booking date with us.

We cannot refund any booking deposits, however Mobile Pubs will not charge a reschedule fee should an event date be affected due to government restriction law / policy announced.

Where bookings are cancelled due to government restrictions, and a customer does not request a reschedule of booking, we cannot refund booking deposits, or full amounts paid by the customer.

 

FINAL PAYMENTS
Final payment for the event includes the total cost for Mobile Pubs services, as per Mobile Pubs’s quotation to the event payee, or payees.  This also include any parking fees, or any other fees charged at Mobile Pubs’s expense.

A final payment against a booking, where only a booking deposit has been received, has to be received by Mobile Pubs via direct deposit or credit card payment prior to the event date.

We also have the right to select any another payment agreement via phone or email.

 

CASH BAR PACKAGES – FINAL PAYMENT
Where a ‘Minimum Spend’ or ‘Booking Credit’ has been exceeded by guests ordering, the Payee(s) of the event,
must make final payment as soon as the event concludes.

If the ‘Minimum Spend’ on the Cash Bar Package has not been reached, a refund back to the payee would not occur, or be warranted.

We uphold the right to retain a Payee’s Drivers License & Credit Card(s) before providing our event services.

 

BROKEN OR MISSING GLASSWARE
Should any damages, or breakages occur to the catering equipment, including glassware, platters or any other equipment the cost of the replacing the broken, stolen or lost item will be invoiced to the host/organiser(s).

Should glassware be found following Mobile Pubs departure, Mobile Pubs will not pay for the glassware to be returned to our warehouse & office. Clients will be required to return the glasses themselves at their own expense.

The fee for broken or missing glassware, is $5 per glass.

 

PARKING
Any associated parking fee’s will be billed to the Payee(s) / Customer(s) of the event, post-event.

Whether it be due to Mobile Pubs Staff delay, unclear parking signs, not having a permit to park in particular spot(s), the Host(s)/Payee(s) decide to extend Mobile Pubs’s service which resulted in the fine, or for any other reason resulting in a payment being requested of Mobile Pubs, or Mobile Pubs Staff, due to Parking.

 

WASTE / BINS
We do not take-away wastage at any events.
Waste/recycling is always left on-site on at the customer’s event location.

 

MAILING LIST
Enquiring or booking with the company, or registering your information in any way with the company, registers your consent to receive marketing material & future contact. We can cease communication upon request.
